In the business world, many of us have the tendency to simplify things. While there are some advantages to operating with fewer processes and components, we need to protect our businesses from oversimplification.

Oversimplification often occurs in sales and marketing. It's easier to spend time motivating and guiding sales reps on how to convince buyers to sign contracts. It's a no-brainer to get a website and make sure you have the four main social media profiles up for your business. However, many small and medium businesses fall short in these four crucial areas: Sales Administration and Photography/Videography.
